Fusion Technology Solutions are based in Chelmsford and offer worry-free IT support to businesses right across the UK. Tim and Nikki got in touch because their website and social media needed new photos. It had been over 10 years since the team last had professional photos taken, so it was time for a freshen up.
The brief was simple. Updated team photos, a headshot for everyone, and some behind-the-scenes shots of the team at work in the office.
Studio headshots without leaving the office
Nobody had to travel to a studio. I brought my lighting into their office and set up a backdrop, so everyone got studio-quality headshots a few steps from their desk. Each person was only away from their work for a few minutes, which matters when your job is keeping other businesses’ IT running.
The team at work
Headshots show who you are. Behind-the-scenes photos show what it’s like to work with you. I spent time moving around the office catching people on calls, at their screens and talking things through together. The bright orange Fusion logo and the values on the wall made a great backdrop and keep the brand in the shot without anyone having to hold up a sign.
A 21st birthday to celebrate
The timing worked out nicely. The shoot fell just as Fusion were celebrating their 21st birthday, so we had to make sure the cake made it into a few photos, including the main team photo.
“In just over an hour, we managed to capture all of this within their office.”
Quick turnaround, ready to use
Headshots, team photos and behind-the-scenes shots, all done in one visit. The edited photos went back to Tim and Nikki I've posted "Fusion" on LinkedIn. I'm about to do it on Facebook and Instagram. Just to let you know, whatever I share on Instagram automatically goes to Facebook. We only ever need to write one caption for meta in general that goes across both. Also, I've recently done a post for Harper in a quick turnaround so they could start using them in their marketing straight away.
